Press Release:Issued November 2021 AAG is the solution which comprises of the IBM i LPP, Nagios server and the Nagios plugin for IBM i, while NG4i is the IBM i responder application that provides the data back to AAG. NG4i is provided as an IBM LPP. Configuration of IBM i instances can be achieved in minutes using the scripts provided.
AAG requires Nagios Server (Linux based), IBM I OS v 7.1 or higher, and 577OSS1 option 34 DCM (for secure connections). AAG is sold as a subscription-based solution, Shield offers a complete plug and play solution, or AAG may be installed by your own team.
